Product and licence

Spectortion is a downloadable audio effect for Windows, supplied in VST3 format. A compatible VST3 host is required. Check your DAW, operating system and audio setup with the trial before buying. The product includes experimental processing as well as precise controls; output depends on the input and settings. This description does not limit statutory conformity or defect rights.

The purchase supplies a licence to use the software, not ownership of its source code. The applicable licence agreement is supplied with the installer. Activation and periodic licence renewal use KEYZY; offline use depends on the valid licence window. The stated activation limit must match the product settings shown at checkout.

Price, payment and delivery

The total payable price, applicable taxes and currency must be displayed before your payment is confirmed. Stripe processes payments. Your payment is not complete merely because a browser success page appears. Following a confirmed eligible payment, the configured delivery service requests a licence and hands the activation email to KEYZY. Contact support with your purchase email and order reference if delivery fails; do not publish your licence key.

Any discounted price is a real checkout offer only when the relevant checkout applies it. A website label alone does not change a Stripe price. Any comparison price must have a lawful factual basis.

Trial, withdrawal and defects

The 14-day trial is separate from consumers' statutory withdrawal rights. For eligible distance contracts, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from concluding the contract. Digital content supplied immediately can lose the withdrawal right only where the applicable legal requirements are met, including your express prior consent to supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss, with the required confirmation. A general acceptance of terms or use of the trial does not by itself establish this.

To notify withdrawal, use the withdrawal function or send an unambiguous notice to support. The function is available without signing in. Its receipt records your notice; eligibility and any refund are then handled under the applicable law. Other legally valid notification methods remain available.

If the product is defective or fails to meet the agreement, contact support for the legally applicable remedy. We do not use a blanket no-refunds rule, nor does the experimental nature of some effects remove statutory rights. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting contract wording.

Before you confirm an order

The seller identity, current price, delivery terms and any separate consent for immediate digital supply must be shown in the actual purchase flow. Missing site configuration must be resolved before this source package is published.
